Can't say enough about Rich. I woke up around 5am to find our furnace fan running but not igniting. Called 10 places trying to get someone out that day and was turned away until we called Rich who mentioned he lived nearby and was happy to come by that morning. After 2 hours of working on the furnace he had everything up and running, provided us with all the information on what he did and what to keep an eye on, and best of all he didn't even charge us!
