After being told my hot water heater was in "imminent failure" I reached out to Rich, and he was able to help me within a day. I shared photos of my heater and Rich provided a quote over the phone. Upon installation, it became clear it would not be a cut and dry replacement - Rich meticulously checked pipes, exit points, etc. to ensure that my building and I were safe, and fixed unexpected issues that came up. Great service - would give more than 5 stars if I could! Rich and Lori took a bad situation (failed combination hot water heater) and helped ease the pain, going above and beyond to provide a solution designed to last and explain the quirks of our new-to-us house / the plusses and minuses of our chosen approach to the system replacement. Prices were fair and very competitive with other plumbers in the neighborhood. They went out of their way to make sure the new system got in fast before the winter cold set in, and were all-around great to deal with - responsive on the phone, transparent about equipment delivery and project updates, and just super kind to us and our nosy dog.
