I don't hesitate to call Rich if I need plumbing work done. Rich put in a new boiler for us and has done some other work we needed. He does great work and is a true professional with a great attitude. We have an old house with a few quirks, so we appreciated Rich making the time to follow up with us to make sure our boiler was working as expected.

I've had a few less than satisfactory companies give estimates for my HVAC replacement and they all were say okay. After being told my hot water heater was in "imminent failure" I reached out to Rich, and he was able to help me within a day. I shared photos of my heater and Rich provided a quote over the phone. Upon installation, it became clear it would not be a cut and dry replacement - Rich meticulously checked pipes, exit points, etc. to ensure that my building and I were safe, and fixed unexpected issues that came up.
