Rich went above and beyond assisting with maintenance to my boiler. He was on vacation and took my call because my boiler wasn’t working in winter temps. He walked me through all the steps of getting my boiler working until he was back to service it. I would have been without heat that day without him! He cares a lot about his customers and provides a top notch service!

We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Rich. He replaced an old hot water heater with a propane-fueled one, and replaced two faucets for us, to boot. A consummate professional, Rich was friendly, informative, and completed all work in a timely manner. We will definitely turn to him in the future. Highly recommended!

Rich Mathews helped us convert our house from oil to gas heat, and we had a wonderful experience with him. He got to our job ahead of schedule, was incredibly easy to work with, fixed some other various issues he found while he was here, and gets bonus points for bringing treats for our dog (who loves Rich now).
