After being told my hot water heater was in "imminent failure" I reached out to Rich, and he was able to help me within a day. I shared photos of my heater and Rich provided a quote over the phone. Upon installation, it became clear it would not be a cut and dry replacement - Rich meticulously checked pipes, exit points, etc. to ensure that my building and I were safe, and fixed unexpected issues that came up.
